(1) The following general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) apply to all contracts concluded with McO Aldrian KG - X-Dream Beauty, based in Seiersberg and with the business address Johann-Seifried-Ring 1, 8054 Seiersberg or the second branch in Shopping City Seiersberg (House 5, 2nd floor) will be closed.

(2) The provisions of consumer protection law apply to consumer transactions, in particular the provisions of the Austrian Distance Selling and Away Business Act (hereinafter referred to as “FAGG”) and, on a subsidiary basis, the provisions of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act.

(3) Before concluding the contract, the customer inspects these General Terms and Conditions and these are determined by both parties as part of the content of the contract. The General Terms and Conditions can be saved or printed out by the customer at any time.

(1) The subject of the contract is the purchase of the goods offered in the online shop by the customer.

(1) By providing all the data required for the conclusion of the contract, by confirming that they have read these GTC and by placing the order, the customer undertakes to purchase the goods ordered in the online shop against payment. (2) A binding contract comes about through the electronic approval and the subsequent click on the “Buy now” button by the user.

(1) After completing the payment transfer, X-Dream Beauty initiates the order, provided the ordered goods are in stock.

(2) X-Dream Beauty reserves the right to block customers from further purchases and sales at any time without giving reasons.

(3) Bank costs (e.g. fees for transfers or booking lines) are to be borne by the customer.

(4) If reserved appointments are not kept or cancellation is too short (less than 12 hours before the start of the appointment), the company can charge 100% of the ordered service invoice. Any deposits will be deducted from the final price.

The general rights of withdrawal according to FAGG apply.

You can revoke this contract in text form (e.g. letter, e-mail, fax) within 14 calendar days without giving reasons.Does not apply to booked service appointments. (Maximum 12 hours before the start of the appointment)

(1) The liability of X-Dream Beauty is excluded, unless the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence by X-Dream Beauty or a third party attributable to it. This does not apply to injuries to life or health of a person.

(2) The liability of X-Dream Beauty is in any case limited to the amount of the individual order value.

(3) X-Dream Beauty, as well as all companies affiliated with it, assume no guarantee and no guarantee that the services offered in X-Dream Beauty meet the requirements of the customers, are punctual or error-free. Claims for damages by the customer against X-Dream Beauty and/or its vicarious agents are excluded, unless they are based on intentional or grossly negligent behavior.

(1) If individual provisions of the GTC are invalid or ineffective, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or ineffective provision is to be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the original intention of the contracting parties.

(2) These GTC are subject to Austrian law to the exclusion of the reference standards. The application of the UN sales law is excluded. For disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, the competent court in Graz or, in the case of contracts with consumers, the respective court of residence of the consumer is responsible.

Registration for all of our training courses takes place in writing, by email, SMS or directly via our homepage. The registration is binding. Registration by telephone is possible, but is only binding with the written confirmation of registration or the invoice from Xdream Beauty. After registration, 25% of the training costs must be transferred within 5 working days of receipt of the confirmation of registration. The remainder is due in full up to 14 days before the start of the training course. All listed costs are exclusive of VAT. Since the number of participants is limited, the order of registration will be used as well as the timely deposit and payment of the training fee. Without full payment there is no entitlement to a training place.

Cancellation is possible up to 2 weeks before the start of the training (in writing by e-mail, SMS or post). Cancellation requires our confirmation (by e-mail). A processing and cancellation fee of €50 net will be charged. The remainder of the deposit will be transferred back immediately after providing the account details. If you cancel up to 7 days before the start of the training, we will charge you 25% of the booked training costs as a processing and cancellation fee (unless you provide a replacement participant). However, this processing fee can be transferred to a later date up to a maximum of 6 months later. In the event of later cancellation, cancellation after the start, non-attendance or cancellation, the entire training costs are due or a substitute participant must be provided. After consultation with the training center, the course can be rebooked. A processing fee of € 100.00 net applies here. However, the days already used must be paid for. The rest can be credited to the new course. This special agreement only applies in exceptional cases. It is not taken for granted.

The company Xdream Beauty reserves the right to cancel or postpone an announced or ongoing training date for organizational or commercial reasons. In the event of such a change/postponement, the participants will be notified immediately and payments made will be refunded to the full extent of the loss of the training content if the alternative date is not suitable.

Participation is at your own risk. The participant acknowledges that the Xdream Beauty company is not liable for a specific success or for the consequences of improper use of the treatment. Furthermore, the participant agrees that photos, image material and video recordings taken during the training may be published by the company Xdream Beauty on the Internet, in printed works, any known and future medium without any restrictions in terms of time, place or content , may also be published for advertising purposes without a time limit according to the Austrian Data Protection Ordinance and the current data protection declaration of the company Xdream Beauty. Valid until further notice. We reserve the right to make changes to dates, places and times. The training materials we provide are for your use during your training at Xdream Beauty. Passing on or duplicating these is not permitted and will be reported.
